1. Arrive a few minutes early to get settled.

2. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, avoiding clothing with metal zippers or snaps down the front.

3. Consider eating lightly or not at all before the session; an empty stomach is ideal, but a light snack such as fruit is acceptable.

4. If you consume meat, try to refrain from it in the days leading up to the session.

5. Avoid coffee, alcohol, or other substances prior to the class.
