Alchemy Restaurant Pet-Friendly Policy

At Alchemy, we welcome well-behaved pets as part of our commitment to creating a warm and inclusive environment for all our guests. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we ask pet owners to adhere to the following guidelines:

 

1. Owner Responsibility

  • Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets' behavior and ensuring their presence does not disrupt or make other guests uncomfortable.

  • Pets must be supervised and under control at all times. Owners should ensure their pets remain calm, quiet, and well-mannered throughout their visit.

  • If a pet causes distress to other guests or disrupts the environment, it is the owner's responsibility to address and resolve the situation immediately.

 

2. Pet Conduct Guidelines

  • Only well-behaved, socialized pets are allowed. Aggressive or overly anxious animals may be asked to leave.

  • Pets must be kept on a leash, in a carrier, or under close supervision while on the premises.

  • Owners must prevent their pets from approaching other guests without consent.

  • Pets are not allowed on furniture, including chairs and tables.

 

3. Hygiene and Cleanliness

  • Owners must ensure their pets are clean and free of any unpleasant odors.

  • Any accidents must be cleaned immediately by the owner. Our staff is available to assist if needed.

 

4. Respecting All Guests

  • We recognize that not all guests are comfortable around animals. If a guest expresses discomfort, we may request the pet be relocated or, in rare cases, leave the premises.

  • We expect pet owners to be mindful of others and act swiftly to maintain a respectful, welcoming atmosphere.

 

5. Location-Specific Policies

  • Due to space limitations, our Ubud location has stricter guidelines and may not accommodate all pets. Pets are not allowed in the loft area of the Ubud restaurant.

  • Our Uluwatu location remains open to well-behaved pets under these guidelines.

  • By bringing a pet to Alchemy, owners agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for their pet’s behavior. We reserve the right to request that pets leave the premises if these guidelines are not met.
