Since 2011, Alchemy has grown from a single raw food restaurant in Ubud into one of Bali's most beloved wellness brands — a place where plant-based food and mindful movement come together under one roof. Today, we're opening the door for aligned partners to invest in or bring three of our core offerings to new markets: Alchemy Restaurant and Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center.

We receive a meaningful volume of franchise and investment inquiries, and we're grateful for every one. But Alchemy is not a concept that scales without care. Only a small number of inquiries each year reflect the depth of alignment we need in a partner, and we're only able to respond to those.

Please confirm that you have the operational experience and financial capacity to build and sustain a brand at this level — and that you are genuinely motivated by the mission, not only the market opportunity.

Every Alchemy location is a reflection of our values. Our spaces are designed to feel like sanctuaries: open, natural, grounded, and alive. We do not work with partners whose primary interest is cost minimisation. Please confirm that you share our commitment to thoughtful design, ethical sourcing, and community-first hospitality.

Alchemy is a B Corp-certified brand. This means we hold ourselves to rigorous standards across environmental impact, labour practices, and community contribution. Any franchise or investment partner will be expected to meet and uphold these standards in their market. Please confirm that you understand and are prepared to operate within this framework.
