Dirk Hamelijnck
With over 25 years of experience coaching people on their physical and emotional development, Dirk offers a grounded and compassionate approach to self-discovery and healing. His background includes extensive training in breathwork, both from a scientific and experiential perspective, as well as TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), systemic constellations, and bodywork.
Dirk’s sessions are deeply personal and attuned to the individual, inviting each client to reconnect with their natural rhythm and inner balance. His work, with the breath as its main tool, bridges the intelligence of the body with psychological and systemic awareness, creating space for lasting integration and clarity.
