Dubai Property Prices Trend

The Dubai property market experienced a strong growth period between 2002 and 2008, with prices rising by more than 200%. This growth was followed by a period of cooling from 2009 to 2013, with prices declining by as much as 40%. Since 2014, prices have seen a steady recovery, with a 7.5% increase in 2018. Although prices have yet to reach pre-2009 highs, they remain much higher than they were in 2002. The Dubai property price trend market is still considered a relatively stable market, with the expectation of further growth in the future.
