As an IKA facilitator you will learn how to awaken this energy in others and help people experience deep, life-changing transformations that will drive them to live in an empowered and expanded way.
This training is mainly about you, your own spiritual growth and embodiment of this transmission on a deeper level. It’s about going deep through your own process of surrender, while your system will be prepared and trained to be a strong, clear conduit of divine life force energy. You’ll be guided to move through a process of a profound and sometimes challenging process of deep healing and transformation. Where immense shifts in consciousness and self-realization happen, peeling off the layers of conditioned limitations – deeply changing your life and perception of it. Anna Sohana has dedicated her life to helping others awaken their inner potential and activate the Divine within themselves.
Her grounded and embodied approach to spiritual practices allows everyone to dive deeply into self-discovery and personal transformation.
Anna has been practicing many forms of Holistic Healing for over 20 years. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Body Therapist, Musically Trained Sound Healing Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Astrologer and Facilitator of Integrated Kundalini Awakening (IKA).
Anna offers shamanic ceremonies, groups, private sessions and aducation. Her global mission is to change people's understanding of their relationship with themselves and the world around them, to enable them to create a life based on their fundamental needs for joy and freedom.
